Growth means something to me from both a personal standpoint and as a leader. My role as a leader is not to push or pull team members, but instead to provide the ingredients that support intrinsic growth and dedication towards achieving collective goals. On a personal level, I'm constantly looking to learn more and do more in order to maintain a healthy and fulfilling life, both at work and at home.
