I have a strong foundation in frontline acute care nursing, community health, and hospital leadership. This gives me a broad perspective for addressing the many challenges that health care systems face. I am passionate about quality improvement and the professional practice of nursing. Nurses will be key players in reversing the declining health of our nation through improved health policy and evidence-based practice.
